BUY AND GET (NOTHING)

During Dec we bought a Samsung Aircon for our home, they had a promotion running for weekend away. I went onto the website to register, got a SMS confirmation and heard nothing. I contacted the call centre and was told they had trouble with the link and will re send, nothing happened, 2nd call I was told my photos weren't clear, sent new photos of serial number and purchase receipt etc as requested, still no call back, 3rd call they'll investigate, 4th call the call centre is closed and advised to complain on line, I did so, still nothing<br> This buy and get is a **** I have all my receipts and also my ref number when I registered for the buy and get
