BUY AND GET NOT WIN GETTING THE RUN AROUND NXAA

On 26 December I bought a washing machine at GAME CITY DURBAN. There is a special where Iam suppose to send the model of the machine to a certain number where I will in return get a link to register and get my voucher. I have sent this model code to this number several times I am not getting the link in return. I called the call center several times they keep saying I will receive the SMS shortly it's been more than 24hrs nothing came. I was given a refer number *** I don't know what I must do with it. After several phone calls I made with my airtime I was finally given the name of the manager Maureen Bangani she never called me and I still don't have the link. This special is ending 31december SHOULD I NOT RECEIVE THE LINK ON TIME I NEED MY REFUND Coz I bought this machine under false advertising. My number ***
