Buy and get not win get

Hi, I've purchased a fridge freezer at Dion Wired and was informed that I qualify for the Buy and get not win get promotion R4000 Protea Hotel stay for 2. I have sent the sms as instructed and have received a message back with my reference number , the sms said to call the number and quote the reference. I called a week ago waited online for 20 minutes listening to automated voice telling mewhich number i was in the queue which is expensive when you are calling from a cell phone only. Eventually when I was number one in the queue I unsurprised to hear another automated voice telling me to leave a message after the beep or dial (can't remember if it was 0, 1 or 9) to speak to an operator when I pressed number for operator I was again told to leave message or dial for operator. I left a message quoting my reference number and leaving my tel number and up till now have had no feedback. I wanted to book my stay for February 5 as it is my wedding anniversary and I have spent R15, 000 on fridge leaving me with nothing left to celebrate. Very unhappy that there is no actual person to speak to or no response after leaving message.
