buy and get.not win Get!

I bought a washing machine from game bellair mall and there was a promotion for buy and get a holiday or return flights. I submitted everything and they said I would receive my voucher for a holiday at protea hotel in 14 working days from the 19th November 2015. Since then I've called numerous times after the 14 working days on *** which is the call centre. They tell me I will receive it everyday but haven't received anything as yet. I've wasted my time and money. I am furious. They have been lying to me time and time again. I need to know if I can take legal action with regard to this.
