BUY and GET NOT WIN COMPETITION

In Dec 2015, I bought a dishwasher with the Samsung \Buy and Get, Not Win\" promotion.<br> <br> I filled in the online forms and received an sms stating that I would receive my code shortly.<br> <br> Since then, I have emailed BuyandGet and called into the call centre 4 times. No email reply. Each time I've called, I was assured that all my online details were completed properly and that it is an error that my code has not been sent to me.
