BUY AND GET is a ****!

As per the promotional offer when buying a Samsung product in Dec 2015, we opted to receive the Protea accommodation for 2 nights. <br> <br> As per the instructions, we have submitted our dates for the 19-03-2016 to 21-03-2016 well in advance to ensure there is availability. To this day, we still have not received ANY confirmation...<br> <br> I have sent through multiple emails requesting confirmation but absolutely no reply on email. Added to this, we tried multiple times to contact the call centre(number provided), after waiting for 30mins of waiting, the gentleman says I just need to wait in a rude manner. <br> <br> I have finally received a call this past Wednesday from a lady named Nicole, she promised to check availability for the dates stipulated and get back to me. As expected I still have had no feedback.<br> <br> The dates are fast approaching and still have no idea what is happening and we could have pre-planned something else but SAMSUNG will probably leave us disappointed.<br> <br> This is a VERY FRUSTRATING EXERCISE. I assume this is a **** by Samsung as they know they won't deliver the promotional offer due to the pure LACK OF DELIVERY!<br> <br> VERY DISAPPOINTED as we bought the Samsung product due to promotion!<br>
