Buy and get GARBAGE

<p>The Samsung buy and get promotion is GARBAGE and so is the management in the so called buy and get department. I uploaded documents on the 11th already and it seems as if there are more and more hidden terms and conditions by the day. You pretty much need 2 freakin months to redeem the voucher, absolute *******! They don't mention this nonsense when you buy the product, as a matter of fact I am returning your product as this is nonsense. I have paid for accomodation knowing I shall be getting a flight voucher as promised, explained this to the so called *********** supervisors DEEN AND CARLEY who call using this number ********** 600, who have no problem saying there's nothing we can do and once the customer gets the voucher they are on their own to sort it out with comair. Disgusted by their attitude and we don't care tone. This nonsense is a SHAM. !!!! </p>
