HELLO PETER<br> <br> I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG FRIDGE FROM GAME on then 22/12/2015 WHICH HAD A PROMOTION RUNNING that of getting a free return flight ticket. THE FRIDGE WAS DELIVERED ON THE 28th December 2015 at 27 Jupiter str in Westonaria and the promotion was to close on the 31st December 2015. I did forward all the required proof to to \proof and get\" but to date no response from them. They did once requested a picture of a fridge and serial number which I forwarded to them but still no action from their end. I am frustrated because Samsung is not fulfilling its promise. I demand my ticket. Infact I initially registered via sms which also did not work very well then I raised it up with Samsung then we communicated via emails but they since stopped the communication.<br> <br> Please investiigate on my behalf.
