Buy and Get false Promotion

Buy and get promotion 2019-I purchased a fridge in November and sent my SMS on the 30th of December and again on the 31st. I did not receive any info via SMS and contacted Samsung on the business telephone, the consultant gave me an email address to which I have sent all my info on the 10th of Jan 2020, forwarded it again on the 13th of Jan 2020 and again on the 15th of January 2020. I have also tried calling again without any assistance.

From all previous info on Hello peter, it could be noted that Samsung is providing a false service and is using false advertising in order to lure clients into purchasing their products, without intention to keep up their side of the promotion.

This product is still under guarantee and I only purchased a more expensive product due to this "promotion" thus I will be returning the item and Samsung can deal with the Supplier
