BUY AND GET COMPETITION - HOAX

I purchased a washing machine and tumble dryer in December and was informed by my Sales consultant that I qualify for a domestic flight tickets or accomodation at any Protea Hotel. Upon following the instructions I advised my choice of a booking at the hotel for the 3rd and 4th of January. I was unable to<br> check in to the hotel of choice as my voucher arrived only on the 4th and I did not accept it. It was sent back. Since the 4th of January I have been promised a re-booking for 13th and 14th and made approximately 50 phone calls and eventually was put thro the manager Craig on 30/01 who promised it will be sorted by that evening. A further 10 calls have made since then and I still have not received my voucher for the 13th and 14th February 2016. I have now given up and just would like everyone to know of my experience
