Buy and Get Accomodation

We bought a Samsung fridge at Makro with the deal, BUY and GET not win a Domestic return flight or a week end away for 2. I have forwarded all the relevant doc's as their their e mail address [Email Removed] on the 23rd of Nov. I have contacted them on *** to confirm whether they have received my e mail with regards to the week end away on the 24th, 25th, 26 and 27th and every time I have been told they will return my call, to date have not received an calls or response to my e mail. Contact details and times I phoned them, 24th - 08h56, 25th 08h48 and 13h37, 26th 08h33 and 27th 10h53. Liezel promised me they will return call and will get team leader to contact me, Craig, all yet to no avail. Thinking this price from SAMSUN is all bogus. my ref with them ***
