Buy and Get a run around

Good day<br> <br> I bought a air con on the Buy and Get promotion.<br> All documents needed was send before 31/12/15.<br> Then I got an email saying images was not correct or something.<br> The proof was send again.<br> Again I got a message that images was not correct, I send it again!!<br> <br> Now they said that I only had yesterday to send it, again.<br> I was not in an area to send it for the 4th time!!<br> <br> Please people, what is happening?<br> <br> I noticed other complaint about this promotion as well.<br> <br> Sort out your service provider Samsung!!
