Buy and Get

Good Day,<br> I am sure that the Buy and Get Company does not exist end customers were miss informed on products bought on this promotion, Buy and Get simply don't return calls, e-mails or any other correspondence. This is one of the worst company's I encountered with relation to customer service and delivery. I was convinced to buy a Samsung washing machine instead of a LG due to the good promotion that was on offer at Makro-Vaal. I experienced dad service from the word Go. They refused to accept Product info, and once that was resolved, they play the waiting game I have trying to get redeemed since November 2015. I think this kind of service should be reported. Are there any other customers having the same problems with Samsung and Buy and Get?
