Buy and Get

I bought a Samsung Dishwaher from GAME. I was swayed to buy Samsung because of the BUY and GET promotion, I could have bought other brands which I was looking at but opted for Samsung due to this promotion.<br> <br> I followed instructions sent all proofs timeously.. Buy and Get contacted me who have promised me a reference number which they have not done. My partner has emailed on numerous occassions to ask about the progress with read and delivery receipts yet still no response. I find this false advertising and would appreciate feedback. <br> <br>
