Buy and Get

In December we entered the buy and get competition sponsored by Samsung. After-sending them the info as requested not one not twice but four time i get a sms today stating that i i do not send it today we forfeit the prize. Worst is the email address attached to the sms is not even an email address. You then phone just to be placed 13th in a queue and after holding on for almost 15 mins get cut off to call again and be 15th in the queue.
