<p>We have bought SAMSUNG Fridge end of last year and SAMSUNG was running special that if you buy any of their products you get either free flight or 2 night stay for 2 in any Protea Hotel.</p> <p>We have registered, sent all the necessary forms that they requested to the buy and get division to claim our 2 night stay for 2 at Protea Hotel.</p> <p>We have done it 3 times now, emailed, phoned and never got any response in regards our gift from SAMSUNG.</p> <p>When I phoned, the people were quite arrogant and say I have to be patient that, they will get back to me within 48 hours. Nothing happened...I am still waiting for their call or confirmation email in regards our Protea Hotel booking.</p> <p>Very sad that they are promoting such a thing and it's such a difficulty to redeem.</p>
