Burnt Charger

I have my Samsung Galaxy S6 just about a year now and every time I charge the phone it heats up quite a bit, to the point where it actually burns me. I checked out reviews online and consulted Samsung but they said this was normal. The cable has overheated so much that the plastic around the micro usb point has started chaffing off and has left wiring exposed. The wiring actually shocked me a few times already.<br> <br> I called Tygervalley Samsung and they said that I would need to purchase a new charger of almost R600 as Samsunng has absolutely no policies in place for replacing chargers that burn out. This is a manufacturing issue and I do not see why I need to spend such a ridiculous amount of money for a simple micro usb cable. This is really pathetic!!! This charger is quite literally a danger to anyone who uses it!
