Still no feedback .just seems like a company everyone must avoid for being bunch of *********. You pay for an item ,never received it ( after you email all the documents they wanted several times) can never get through on the phone lines. Ref numbers no use .please stay far away from Samsung .best is 10000 other people have the same problem with Samsung
