Bull**** service from a ****ty brand

Worst experience of my life purchasing my device from you guys.

I purchased my device the Samsung galaxy s22 ultra with the deal of getting the ear buds pro for free on the 14th of March. I have yet to receive the buds as promised by my sales consultant and other employees at the promotions team. I have logged my first complaint on the 15th of March and instead of help I received empty promises to keep me happy.

Now that I am at the point of returning the device because of the **** advertising on samsungs behalf, I have to pay a handling fee of R6000 for returning device, this is unfair and I feel I should be refunded the full amount as this was your fault due to your false advertising and lack of customer support. The samsung clearwater branch had no problem selling me the device but cannot deliver the service and the other part of the deal.

I do not want my buds pro anymore because it has been 5 weeks of fighting and waiting I want a full refund for this ****py service I have received as well as the empty promises and false advertising

My sales consultant has promised me as well and I have not received it, I have gone on hello Peter and samsung south Africa assured me 2 weeks ago I will receive my ear buds pro and so has head office. This matter has not been sorted out after I have paid for it in theory.

Your Samsung clearwater branch the sales consultant who sold me the phone refuses to help and the manager is late for his shift everytime I try phone

Get your ****ing **** together this is the 10th complaint I have done on here to you guys and I won't stop
