Broken washing machine not replaced after 1 month

Do not buy any product from this company , I am sitting with a brand new washing machine that arrived broken that they refuse to do anything about lie after lie 1 month now, all I am told is I will be called back and to email them nothing is done after 15+ calls !!!!!!!!!!
