Broken Samsung S6 Edge

I have a Samsung S6 Edge and even though I am having problems with it, no one (Samsung or Vodacom) wants to take responsibility for fixing the phone.<br> <br> My phone heats up so bad, I cannot hold my phone in my hand. The highest the temp of my phone went was about 83 degrees.
