broken samsung dishwasher

I purchased a samsung dishwasher from Game on the 23rd of August 2015. This dishwasher has never worked. Samsung has been out to my house several times. The last technician confirmed that the dishwasher was damaged during transporting. Samsung confirmed that they would replace the dishwasher directly. This has been carrying on for over 2 months. I cant understand how samsung gives a buyer a broken appliance and then takes over two months to replace it.
