broken remote
After buying a very expensive 65 inch tv my remote decided that it would eat batteries after 2 days meaning that I need to change the batteries in my remote every two days and then they die this is not normal in my opinion but apparently is according to Samsung and now they refuse to change the remote for one that actually works
