Broken phone to be fixed 5times already

I'm very disappointed with Samsung ,i bought a phone Samsung j4 march 2020 that phone keeps on freezing and not switch on i toke the phone back to the store Totalsports for the repair it was booked and return but never lasted,to cut the story short i return it 4to5times for the same problem in short space of time,when i when to total sports they say they cannot replace the phone bcos it was bought on account and now that i have closed the account they cannot help me,I'm really frustrated I'm thinking of logging a call with CPA maybe i will get help
