Broken phone and bad attitude

I recently took my Samsung S4 Zoom to the Samsung company in Canal walk as it refused to charge and I suspected a flat battery. After waiting around for quite a while with other frustrated customers while the tellers who were attending to nobody and laughing at the customers frustration I was eventually helped and informed that I had to pay R600 for a new battery even though it was under warrantee. Unfortunately I didnt have my slip. I left the phone there and informed them I would send my receipt but if I couldnt find it I was insured. I sent them the receipt the following day but was informed that they had checked my phone and there was water inside which was the main problem so the warrantee didnt cover it and insurance would have to pay over R3000. I knew this to be untrue as my phone hadnt been near water. My sister collected the phone which now also had a crack in the casing as if it had been dropped. I bought a battery for R150 from a small electronics repair shop put it in and it started working. I think the customer service is shocking and they are ripping people off. When I complained to them there was no reply .
