Broken appliances

I have a samsung dishwasher and washing machine. My one year old dishwasher was repaired 3 times since the start of September. Today the technician came to fix both my dishwasher and my one year old washing machine that also broke this week. After he left the washing machine still show the same error code. I lost all my confidence with samsung. They have no urgency to provide a good product and service. Now the washing machine start to follow the same route....when we phone the call centre they said we must contact the service centre and they never answer the phone....now I am a week without a washing machine....everytime I must pay for a long call that last ten minutes and have to wait a week for a technician to come and try fixing the machine...I have never been this frustrated in my life.
