Brand new tv does not work, misleading product adverti*****t

I got a Samsung UA50MU7000K smart tv from Samsung as part of an insurance claim. When the Tv arrived I set it up an I have an Samsung soundbar that I connected to my previous tv via Wifi. (Also a Samsung TV that broke- really poor quality) When I tried to do the same, the “conect wif fi speaker or soundbar” option is geyed out! After spending about an hour on the phone with Samsung, they just said this TV does not have an option to connect to external speakers.... really! My older model coulde easily, and now I have a Samsung soundbar that is useless as the new tv does not even have an Aux port.

When I searched Samsung’s website for the Tv it was not mentioned on the main tv ad and specs that I will not be able to connect an external speaker, not even one from Samsung itself! Also the Tv is supposed to come with a smart remote, however it came wit a very old looking remote, the 4 series has a better remote!

The box that the tv shipped in was also very suspect as some of the features was deliberately taped over.... this makes me believe this tv is falsely advertised or a cheap ******* from Samsung!

Very very disappointed in Samsung whose supposed to be a premium TV brand.... what a joke, youd be better off with a TV half the price!
