Brand New Samsung S6 Edge Plus Not working

I Bought a brand new Samsung S6 Plus Edge in September 2015 on contract that I am paying R750pm.

A month and half later the phone went dead. I took it to Vodacare Greenpoint Cape Town, the "technician" came back with a report that the phone was Liquid Damaged.

The technician did confirm that the phone was never directly exposed to water but possibly that the phone generated heat and eventually created moisture. The technician at vodacare also concluded that the phone was beyond repair and when closing the phone he did not use the sealing kit. The phone looked like it was opened by a backdoor repairer.

To my dissapointment and anger, I took the phone to Samsung repair centre in Century city, cape town. The technicians at the repair centre refused to work on the phone because it was opened and not sealed properly. They said the phone was opened by an unauthorized repairer.

After back and forth with Vodacare Green point and Samsung, they eventually refused to repair the phone also claiming liquid damage.

I even took the repair centre in woodmead, they also refusing to pay the phone.

To this day I still do not have a phone but I am still paying R750pm. Samsung admitted that I have never exposed the phone to water or liquid but for some reason there is moisture on the phone and for that, they will not repair the phone under warranty.

For them to repair the phone I need to pay over R4000-00.

My biggest frustration is that I have never exposed the phone to liquid, Samsung concur too. They so called liquid might have been generated by the phone heat vs surroundings. Surely a device that expensive should have taken such conditions into considerations. A user cannot always check the surroundings and temparatures wherever s/he goes just to accomodate the phone.

All I need is for the phone that I am paying for be repaired.
