Brand new S7 breaks after 2 weeks

I have purchased a brand new Samsung S7 from Vodacom Mandela Square about 2 weeks ago. The phone refused to come on so I took it back to Vodacom they sent it to Samsung, Samsung then sent it to their Smart Lab and during the course of today I get a call stating there is so many components being replaced on the phone(motherboard, LCD x 2 tape glass, tape lid ect ect ect) bearing in mind this is about a two week old phone.
I'm totally disgusted as to how a brand new phone can be damaged so badly. I'm getting the run around and been without a phone since Tuesday last week 26.07.16. I would really like for my phone to be replaced with a brand new one cause its just does not make sense for a brand new phone to have so many parts replaced.

Its now close to 3 weeks that m without a phone and no one wants to take responsibilty for my phone yet I have paid for something which is not in my possession. The reference no I got was ********** 665 the person that is dealing with this is Dina but she never ever returns calls.

Im really shocked with the service Im getting from such a reputable brand.
