BRAND NEW S21 - NO ADAPTER

Let me start with this, if I could give them a 0 star rating I would.

I was due for an upgrade, and with all the reviews on Samsung's site, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G was the next best thing.... Hahaha what a joke, my package arrives today with the phone, charging cable, quick start quide - but no adapter?? How on earth are we supposed to charge this brand new R18000 phone without an adapter??? This is my first Samsung and now the phone needs to stay in the box until I can buy an adapter? Apsolutely ridiculous. They can save so much money by excluding the Quick start guide, and just include the adapter. I will be contacting the service provider to cancel this Contract immediately and rather get a phone which includes all that is required to use the phone.
