Black Screen of death - Samsung Note 20 Ultra

If you're looking for a smartphone, I would suggest that you stay away from Samsung. In my case I purchased a Samsung Note 20 Ultra and after 6 month of having the phone the screen went dead. Google "Samsung black screen of death" one of Samsungs many faults with the Note 20 Ultra. With the phone under still warranty Samung is not prepared to fix my phone unless I pay in an additional R 7500.00 to have it repaired. I will never ever be buying another Samsung products. Samsung customers care doesn't care for their customers, just their pockets.
