Beware of the Samsung Galaxy A34
Did some telephonic planning with our Cell C store to upgrade our contract with a Samsung Galaxy A34. After doing all the paperwork in-store we were informed that the device is not supp**** with a charger, which we could purchase from them at R500+. Of course, we change our order to a Huawei Nova 11i. I have no doubt we all have a drawer full of cell phone chargers which are compatible with almost all brands, except the A34 apparently. We were told that the OPPO charger may work but the store had no way of confirming that, which is a pity because we have an OPPO charger at home but there was no mention made of this before going to the store. How can a cell phone company supply a premium phone without a charger, which in this case seems unique to it.
