Beware of Samsung SA - Samsung South Africa tricks buyers with false TV promotional offer

In October 2020 Samsung had been running a promotion to receive a Free 32 inch TV when purchasing a Samsung note 20/Note 20 Ultra. In October 2020 I purchased the Note 20 and in November 2020 I purchased the Note 20 Ultra. I registered for the TVs by submitting all required documentation and received reference numbers for the registrations. To date i.e. 11 August 2021, I have not received the TVs. I have made numerous phone calls to the contact centers but nobody can confirm when the TVs will be sent to me. Its almost 10 months that have passed. Nobody is making contact with me despite my request for escalations. It is a shame that a Multinational has to stoop to this level to make sales. This definitely feels like a ****. Very very disappointed Samsung. Other consumers be very wary of these promotions. Samsung have joined the ******** crowd.
