Best Service

<p>I bought a samsung washing machine a couple of weeks ago, upon using it i thought it was mal****ioning and i called their customer care centre to logde a complain last week Monday where i recieved EXCELLENT service and i was told a technician will be available on Saturday but then techniacian called on Tuesday to attend my query. I was at work and i came back late but he was still available to assist. He explained and showed me how to use my machine, i was super impressed with the EXCELLENT service i got from him as well. I got to test it this Saturday and YES i am happy. I also use a samsung phone and when i took my phone for screen repair last year i was also impressed. SAMSUNG IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
