Being *********ed by Samsung and company

I took my wife's samsung s6 edge for screen replacement under ADH warranty at samsung sandton city. The repair was told takes an hour but since it was late Sa****ay afternoon will be done on Monday. Instead i got a quotation for replacement of a rear case which has stains on it. The cost is R1400. I told the technician and his boss that the phone has been working 100% with those stains on and they was no need replace the said cover because it was not affecting the functionality of the phone. That's when problems began. I was told that if i refuse to accept the quote, then my screen wont be replaced. Wait a minute, this is ********* and ****************! !!! Why should i be forced to accept unnecessary repairs? I was told this is samsung policy. I have perused all publicly available samsung policies and have found where it says that. When is a stain a damage? I have been told that the phone has liquid damage. .....but surprisingly its been functioning. I tried to get assistance from Samsung ref *** but 3 days later nothing has happened. As punishment for my loud mouth the repair centre are now sending my phone to what the call high level repair centre. What for? To frustrate me? The phone was working 100% save for the broken screen. I expect samsung to do more and protect us from these ************ businesses it contracts to do their repairs otherwise they can count one less customer

Vhusi
