Beauty giving beautiful service42

I recently had a watch go in for repairs at one of the Samsung repair centres, after much hassles this led to a complaint and i was passed on to a VOC manager Yugen Kistadu, this man ignored my emails and refused to call me back. I complained to his manager Shafting (Shaffton) but nothing was done about him, nor was i given any feedback regarding why Yugen never contacted me or emailed me back, Shaffton kept calling me by the wrong name even though i sent him my correct name on whatsapp, this man even called me at 21:00 at night whilst i was at temple and didnt even apoligise, but throughout the pathetic service i received from these 2 men who are in management positions, i got a call from a lady named Beauty, this lady is on the ball, caring, professional and doesnt hestitate to pick up the phone and call the customer, her service is amazing and i think your managers could take some learning from Beauty. Beauty your service and attitude truly is amazing, keep it up and if you ever looking for a job call me!!!
