Be wary of purchasing Samsung top brand phones

Consumers need to be aware of the pit falls of purchasing Samsung 8 and 9 cell phones as neither Samsung nor the network providers discloses the fact that the LCD screens of these phones costs an exorbitant amount of money. I have had the unfortunate incident of causing accidental damage to the screen of my phone and was shocked to learn that the replacement cost thereof is R5500-00. Had I been aware of this and had it been disclosed to me that I would not qualify for a replacement screen at no cost, I would most certainly have given serious though to purchasing a Samsung S8plus cell phone. I have addressed my concerns to Samsung and am awaiting their response on how they proposed to address the matter and assist me.

In this regards I will keep you apprised of how good Samsung's aftercare sales is.
