Battery Warranty void due to Camera Glass cracked

Absolutely appalling service from Samsung's repair centre. My Galaxy A71 stopped charging and according to Samsung, my device's warranty is void due to a hairline crack on the camera glass. Do note that the device comes with a 24 month warranty as well as a 12 month warranty on the battery. My device is only 11 months old. Samsung's warranty policy state that they do not do repairs due to physical damage.

"This Limited Warranty does not cover

a) normal wear and tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear of camera lenses, batteries or displays), b) defects caused by rough handling (including, without limitation, defects caused by sharp items, by bending, compressing or dropping, etc.), or c) defects or damage caused by misuse of the Product, including use that is contrary to the instructions provided by SAMSUNG (e.g. as set out in the Product’s user guide) d) transport costs and/or e) other acts beyond the reasonable control of SAMSUNG."

NOWHERE is it stated that any sign of physical damage will void the WHOLE warranty! The assessment must FIRST be done to see if the fault was due to physical damage! If they see the device is not charging and this was not the result of physical damage, the warranty should still cover it! There is absolutely no way the crack on the camera lens can affect the charging and battery of the phone.
