Battery on Samsung S3 mini

I have a Samsung S3 mini on contract from Cell C. Within 8 months the phone does not work proper anymore.<br> The phone is still on guarantee so I send it to be fixed. They came back and tell me it is the battery and I need to buy a another one, they only cover the battery for 6 months. You pay a lot of money for a new cellphone just so that it will not even last for 1 year. Where is the time that you can bye something and it last past the guarantee time period. I am very disappointed in Samsung for this quality in there product.<br> I like Samsung product but will think twice before buying Samsung again.
