Battery on Samsung S3 mini

I would like to thank Mr. Skhosana from Samsung for arranging the replacement of the faulty cellphone battery. We appreciate the prompt response from Samsung stating the battery also has a one year guarantee that was not upheld by the Cell C outlet, according to the manager of the Cell C branch they only give six month's guarantee that made us go up in arms, not disclosing the correct guarantee from Samsung.<br> <br> Thank you and well done for solving this problem timorously!
