Bad Sound Quality Samsung Home Theater
I have purchased a Samsung home theater systems at Ok furniture in February and the sub-Woover makes an irritating/Cracking noise when the Volume is over 10,I have returned the product back to the store.and booked it in for repairs. they said that i might have to pay since the speaker might have blown.

Why should I send a quality product like \SAMSUNG\" for repairs within two months,

They also advised that i should not put the Volume on max as it may Burn speakers,(which is like buying a chair and telling me not to sit on it)

PS: I have been using LG home theater system for the passed 10 years and I have never seen such."
