bad sevice

<p>i bought a phone at exact denlyn cash on the 28/03/2016 samsung galaxy core 2 for the amount of 2300 i was assisted by hope makola. after a week the phone kept giving me problems i went to exact denlyn on the 04/04/2015 to take back the phone it was booked in by Thapelo since then i have never received feedback until to day i call them on a weekly basic and go to the branch on a weekly basis and i havent received the phone no one calls me to tell me what is going on if i dont call they wont call an i need my phone.the manager called on thursday saying he will get back to me on monday he never called until i called. he called me today saying i need to pay the fees to samsung for couries and for the phone but i never signed any so called agreement.samsung needs to replace my phone coz it still under garantee and warantee</p>
