Bad servise

I bought note 20ultra October2020. To my surprise on the 26/08/21i was on a call. Then the screen went off without my phone falling or something. I took it to Samsung shop eastgate to my surprise i was told that they cant fix ma fone because its out of warranty brcause of the small scratch in camera which doesnt even affect camera usage…..Guys i would advise not to buy expensive phones at samsung because to fix the phone they would check any small issue to void the warranty. M so dissatisfied. I loved samsung but i will never ever buy their phones again. Niw m sitting with an expensive phone with no help from manufacturer….They are aware of this problem cause m not the first customer complaining about this but they are in denial
