BAD SERVICE - SAMSUNG UNITRONICS

I love my SAMSUNG products, but the CUSTOMER CARE center, more specific Unitronics Century city is the WORST with any customer services. Their telephones just ring, nobody picks up. The "Big BOSS" (Or he think he is) ELCARDO gave all sorts of assurances that ...he fixed the problem....then will personally pay for a new pair of ICON X earphones....but he is a bull****ter of NOTE!! He never answer his cell: ********** 546, although he gave his number to various people. I CAN NOT believe that SAMSUNG partner with a person / company like this. Complaint number ********** 224......let see if SAMSUNG will do anything.
