Bad service samsung century city repair centre

I took in my phone for repairs on the 11th Jan and the consultant told me the repair will take 2-5 working days. They never called or anything after the 5days I decided to call. They told me they are still waiting for parts. A week later I call again, they tell me they got the parts I will get my phone within 5days. they did not call me again I called myself to find out if they are done with repairing my device... They tell me noooo they havent got the parts YET!!! Today is the 3Rd of Feb and still waiting for my device. Called them today....as they never call to update me...still waiting for parts. Like this is so frustrating. . The bad service is making me have second thoughts on purchasing anything from Samsung ever again.
