Bad service Samsung and Hirch

I will never buy another Samsung product in my life and will strongly advise all to do the same. They are very quick to take thousands from you, but when numerous items of their brand breaks with in a few weeks of purchase they wont accomodate younwith a loan machine, even though it affects your business. They dont return calls and in my experience, the Hirsch store in Strubens Valley, is just as bad. Very quick to bennefit from commission sales, but no after sales service. Apparently neither of these companies know how to dial a phone. I wouldnt even give them 1 star,.but had to give something to post a review. Disgusted, Lynn Bosch
