Bad service quality on Samsung fridge/freezer

Been waiting for Samsung to repair my fridge/freezer for 2 weeks now. Each step in the process being like pulling teeth. Having to phone in multiple times to get any information and then get put on hold for 5-8 minutes at a time to listen to the most hideous music ever and every now and again, just for fun nobody even answers my "on hold" call, or I get cut off ...so the whole process starts again. Finally today I was assured the technician would definitely come out to fix my fridge. No time could be given, not even a vague morning or afternoon time, I apparently just have to wait and the guy will phone me an hour before he gets here. It is now 6PM... I guess today is not the day after all. Can't get more ridiculous. I even sent an email this morning, as the website gives an option to "email the CEO of Samsung" ... well, wowee... how surprising... no reply to that either. I will get someone non- Samsung to repair my fridge now, I will not be paying the R450 call out fee and I will certainly rather stick my finger in my eye than ever buy any Samsung product again. So now what? I will probably get the standard reply "We will get back to you shortly" and absolutely zero attempt will be made to fix this. If Samsung care to actually check with their ******* service centre as to why I still don't have a working fridge 2 weeks later, I am providing my job reference number to them... not going to hold my breath.

Well, further to the above, still no Samsung technician has arrived, no contact or response at all from Samsung, apart from the standard automated reply here on HelloPeter. I am glad that the technician hasn't made it to fix my fridge, because I got another far more professional company out to have a look, who within 24 hrs fixed my fridge. Their fee was R745 in total ... guess how much Samsung quoted... ? R2877,50... yep... and also they wanted to replace the compressor, which is not even broken. What's the bet they will still be after their R450 call out fee...
