Bad service/ No keeping their promise

My phone had a problem with camera ( cracked camera ) so i took to samsung for a repair on the 06 of october. i was qouted and i was told that my phone will be fixed within 2 to 3 days and that was their promise. 3 days passed and my phone was not fixed and i went there to enquire and i was told that, they have ordered the part of my phone that need to be replaced and it will take 5 to 7 working days. i waited again for 8 days then again i went to enqiure they then again told me that they cant fix my phone because they dont have parts. You see what i hate the most is the businees that doesnt keep its promises and i am so not Happy with Sumsung at all in a way that i now regret purchasing their gadget. This is totally unacceptable and as for a well know brand like sumsung, your service is a disgrace. So if this phone is not fixed in 3 days i am taking it bakc to where i bought and i want my money back from sumsung. And i will make sure that i let other people know about this
