bad service from technician

<p>few days ago i complained about my Samsung fridge making a noise i phoned the call centre and complainted.They then took down my complain gave me a ref number ********** 150 ,and a service order number ********** 522. I was told a technician will come and fix the problem,he came three day later technition by the name Roddy from Evander had a look at the fridge, did not even open the fridge up to see what the problem was, told my wife he can not work on the fridge, because the fridge was not switched off and defrosted. he tell my wife to tell me i should log another call for him to fix the problem next year this is very unprofessional. please help with this issue</p>
