Bad service from Samsung
My daughter purchased a Samsung cellphone which came with a free TV as part of the promotion. This was 1st Oct and she still hasnt received the TV. We have made numerous phone calls and no one responds ever!! We are at our wit's end. Terrible service from Samsung leaving us angry and disappointed.
